Abstract The results of the survey on China's scientific and technological organization joining the international civil science and technology organization show that the number of China's scientific and technological organizations joining the international civil science and technology organizations has been gradually increasing,but their academic influences need to be improved urgently.The influences of China's scientific and technological organizations in the core or important international civil science and technology organizations have been enhanced.Reserve talents for scientific research are sufficient;Polies are more focused on encouragement.The survey shows that:the visibility and influence of science and technology organizations are not enough;there is shortage of full-time professionals;financial difficulties and institutional and mechanism constraints are still existing.
