国际大科学工程中的国家贡献评价体系构建与实证

Abstract More and more Big Science Projects have taken the task of promoting the development of scientific research.The paper gets deconstruction and integration of“contribution”and“International Big Science Project”.It constructs the national contribution evaluation system in the international science project by the four dimensions of In-kind contribution,financial contribution,human contribution,academic contribution and its sub-indexes.Furthermore,it provides decomposition,definition and description of indicators at all levels and the calculation method,summary method and presentation method.Finally,the ITER program became an example of an empirical study.
