欧洲创新评价指标体系变化趋势——基于对 《欧洲创新记分牌》的分析

Abstract European Innovation Scoreboard is an official report used by EU commission to evaluate EU members' innovation performance.It's indicator system is being renewed year by year which experienced a major adjustment in 2017.This paper first summaries the trends in European innovation evaluation indicator systems on the basis of the change of indicator system used by European Innovation Scoreboard.Then it analyzes the indicator system used by European Innovation Scoreboard 2017 and its characteristics.At last it gives some enlightenments to China.
