Knowledge Transfer Oriented Atypical Employment Cooperative Innovation Governance

Abstract  The shortage of talent market, personalized work demands, the guarantee of new information and transportation technology have promoted the global vigorous development of all kinds of atypical employment cooperation innovation models in the era of knowledge economy.Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism and operation mechanism of the atypical employment cooperation innovation mode, this paper studies the institutional dilemma of the knowledge transfer of the atypical employment cooperation innovation from the perspective of knowledge management and principal-agent, puts forward the theoretical model of the knowledge transfer of the atypical employment cooperation innovation based on team work embedding, and the multi-dimensional governance model with the two-way reputation mechanism as the core.The purpose of this paper is to provide policy reference for the governance of atypical employment cooperation innovation practices such as talent projects in China.
